Shippings and Payments
At Triple Seven, we make international payments transparent and straightforward. Our company is based in Slovenia (Europe), and all bank transfers are processed through our Slovenian banking system. When you receive a proforma invoice, it contains all the bank details you need to complete your payment quickly and securely.

Shipping Within the European Union (EU)
For customers in EU member countries, we ship directly from our Europe-based office using DHL Express Service.

If the product is in stock, shipping is normally completed within one week of receiving your payment.
Shipping Outside the EU
For customers outside the EU, we normally ship products directly from our production facility in Sri Lanka.

Direct connection from production to customer.
If the product is in stock, shipping is normally completed within one week of receiving your payment.
Delivery Times and Production Slot Reservation

Delivery times are confirmed when we send you the proforma invoice.

At that stage, a production slot is reserved for 5 days to allow time for your payment to be received.

If payment is not completed within this period, the order is cancelled, and the production slot is released to the next customer in line.
Stock Availability and Immediate Shipping

If your product is in stock, we ship it immediately and aim to deliver within one week.

For custom or made-to-order products, shipping occurs right after production is completed according to the confirmed timeline.
